At present this site does not collect any personal information from visitors.
When you add a product to the cart, that list is stored on our servers. Your browser holds only a technical cookie identifying the cart; it contains no name, price or payment details.
You can empty the cart at any time from the cart page, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Your language choice is carried in the URL, not in a cookie.
To process your order we collect the following.
To fulfil your order, your order details are shared with our service providers: the payment gateway, the courier company and the email provider. For no other purpose.
Advertising measurement is described separately in the next section.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Payment gateway: Billplz Sdn. Bhd., which processes FPX, DuitNow and card payments. Your card details are entered on Billplz's own page and never reach us.
Couriers: J&T, Pos Laju, Ninjavan, Shopee express, booked through EasyParcel. They receive your name, address and phone number in order to deliver the order.
Email: Resend, which sends your order confirmation and delivery updates.
Site hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which adverts actually lead to a sale.
What is sent to Meta is the pages you view on this site, the products you add to the cart, and the value of a completed order.
Email addresses and phone numbers are sent only as one-way hashes (SHA-256), never as plain text. Your name, delivery address and payment details are not sent to Meta.
This site also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. Both measure the same things: the pages you view and the value of a completed order. We do not send your name, delivery address or payment details to Google.
On a first visit a cookie notice gives you the choice. Choosing "Decline" turns ad measurement off for that browser and remembers the choice for six months. You can also limit activity-based advertising in your Meta or Google account settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Blocking it does not affect your ability to buy here.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, and withdraw your consent.

This site is not directed at children. Olivko Kids is a food product for children, but purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
