Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that order after your payment has been received.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock runs out or there is an obvious pricing error — and will refund in full any payment already taken.

Accepted payment methods: FPX online banking, DuitNow, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

All payments are processed securely through Billplz. Your card details are entered on Billplz's own page and are never stored by us.

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.

Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges; an approved return is refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, time or opportunity.

We are not liable for delays caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events or acts of authority.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. The terms that apply to an order are those in force on the date the order was placed.
