Delivery area
We deliver within Malaysia only.
We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak.
Delivery rates

Delivery is to be calculated live from your postcode at checkout. The full rate structure will be published here before the shop opens.
Estimated delivery times
Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 hari.
Sabah & Sarawak: 6-9 hari.
Order processing time
Orders received before 4:00 petang. on a working day are processed the same day.
Packaging
Olivko is bottled in dark glass to protect the oil from light. Every order is packed to protect the bottles in transit.
Every bundle includes a complimentary jar of Madu Habbatussauda — it is added to your order automatically, no code needed.
Self-pickup
Collect from: Lot 11, Jalan 6/9, Kawasan Perusahaan, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Hours: Isnin–sabtu, 10 pagi – 6 petang.
Tracking
We ship via J&T, Pos Laju, Ninjavan, Shopee express. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
Returns

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph the parcel and its contents as soon as you receive it, then contact us.
