The Set Keluarga: one adult bottle, one for the children

The Set Keluarga contains one 500ml bottle of Olivko and one 250ml bottle of Olivko Kids — 750ml in total. It is the smallest bundle that still covers both uses: everyday adult cooking and children's food.

Why a kitchen ends up wanting two bottles

In many Malaysian households, a small child's food is cooked separately — porridge, soft rice, vegetable soup, purée. Those dishes usually want no more than a teaspoon of oil, and it goes in after cooking rather than during.

If you use the same 500ml bottle for the weekday sauté and for the baby's porridge, it empties fast and that one bottle is open to the air all day. A separate 250ml bottle empties at a rate that matches its own use.

What Olivko Kids actually is

Olivko Kids is organic extra virgin olive oil, certified by Ecocert and USDA Organic, with a free acidity below 0.2%. It is chosen for children's food because of the bottle size and because it is kept separately — not because it is a medically different product.

How each bottle gets used

• The 500ml bottle: sautéing, roasting, salads, poured over soup or hummus
• The Kids 250ml bottle: a teaspoon stirred into porridge, vegetable purée, rice or soup after cooking
• Use the Kids bottle raw, and do not overheat it
• Keep both away from the hob and the window

How long 750ml lasts

Rough figures, because every kitchen differs. A 500ml bottle used for a small family's daily cooking normally lasts three to four weeks. The Kids 250ml, used a teaspoon at a time, usually goes further — six to eight weeks or so.

Those two different rates are the real reason this set exists as two sizes rather than one larger bottle. A single bottle shared between both uses empties too fast for one job and too slowly for the other.

The oil in both bottles

Both are single-origin organic extra virgin olive oil from Tunisia, cold pressed and bottled at source. Free acidity was tested at 0.18% by ONH Tunis (report N° 2025B1064, 17 March 2026), against the international extra virgin ceiling of 0.8%.

They also carry up to 600 mg/kg of total polyphenols — the compounds behind fresh olive oil's peppery, slightly bitter edge. Halal recognised by JAKIM, and certified by Ecocert and USDA Organic.

Storing two bottles

• Both in a cool, dark low cupboard, not above the stove
• Away from the window — light damages oil faster than room temperature
• Capped after every pour, not once cooking is finished
• Do not keep the Kids bottle in the fridge; there is no need

If you do not have small children

Then this set makes less sense. Olivko Duo 500ml gives you a litre in two matching bottles, which suits an adults-only kitchen better. The Set Keluarga exists specifically because its second bottle has a different job.
